Return Policy All our products are subject to the return or exchange policy according to the terms and conditions specified on this page. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for products that the customer ordered and have been permanently delivered. Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is different or incorrect from what was ordered by the customer, in the same original condition at the time of delivery, wrapped in the original packaging, and has not been used or opened at all within a maximum period of one (1) day only. The return request must be made within one (1) day from the date of receipt, and no requests will be considered after the deadline. When returning or exchanging, the delivery fee is on the customer.
